Banfield Pet Hospital

Me and my beloved dog had a great experience at Banfield. I was not in a position to spend a lot to figure out why my best old lady dog was in immense pain and struggling to walk. The veterinarian gave me his experienced best diagnosis and when I offered other theories he gently stopped me and reminded me I asked for an inexpensive visit. He was absolutely right. She had injured her neck and he was able to accurately diagnose and provide medication that fixed her right up. I was fearing the absolute worst as one sometimes does. Fortunately I listened to the professional and now she is 13 and in great health. I am forever grateful. Highly recommend!!!!!! 10/10 price and solution!

Taylor at the front desk was so informative and professional on assisting me with my new membership care package. Also Dr Perez and his assistant where both super friendly and informative. I am happy with my visit. I will definitely be coming back for the check ups and preventive care.

Do not take your pet here if you love them, and if you dont want to get ripped off by heartless fear mongerers. Its literally about money and nothing else the people dont care about your pet: background i went here back in 2015 and they trued to fear monger me into doing the wrong (and most expensive surgery) went to nob hill animal clinic and found out the problem was his ear and not mouth and they took care of him for the next ten years. Fast forward to today when i need to euthanize and dont want to drive my dying cat to plantation for what should be a simple and straight forward process. Not only are they charging a lot they want to do an unnecessary consult, the counties do it for cheap $25 dade $75 broward but you cant be with your pet, why banfield had to make this hard again 10 years later just shows me they're the worst… save yourself and your pet a bunch of misery go to the ones who care not big corp (its not even cheap).

Unbelievably horrible experience with the doctors at Banfield. I brought my cat in with very specific symptoms that I noticed and explained these to the nurse. They ignored everything I mentioned and recommended expensive X-Rays ($400) and mentioned that they were covered by the highest tier of their wellness plan. (Scam) This wellness plan covers almost nothing besides the vet visit itself, with tests not covered, medicines not covered, procedures not covered. For $60+ a month. The doctors do not care about your animal. They don't care about making your animal feel better or get healthy, they want to milk you for evey single dollar they can get out of you.
