If I can give 0 stars, I would. We signed up for their care plan for our fur-baby because they said it was a deal as it included spay/neuter as part of the contract. Well, that's the most expensive spay/neuter you can get as you cannot get an appointment for any subsequent visits in a reasonable time period, so in essence, what you are paying for is just spay/neuter -- and no vet charges as much as their care plan for a spay/neuter. I went to this location 4 times and they missed the mark on 3 of them. The first visit for a vaccination was fine, however the 3 subsequent visits were not. 1. asked to check for food allergies: took blood and when Dr called with results, they only did environmental and charged me $300 for that 2. took my fur-baby back for blood again to check for food allergies and got a call a few hours after the blood draw to say that they contaminated the blood sample (poured the blood into a test tube with teeth in it) and that I would have to take her back. At this point, I refused and they credited me back half for the environmental testing although I never asked for it. 3. this last episode is downright disgusting and deplorable. Brought in my fur-baby because the groomer nicked her tail, which was not that bad but she picked at it all night and made the gash 10 times bigger and her tail was all bloody. She stopped eating and drinking and was just incredibly anxious. No, I did not have an appointment but I do not see why they could not have cleaned the wound and prescribed some anti-inflammatory and antibiotic medications so that it does not get worse. Nope -- that's too much to ask -- cannot do anything but they can give me an appointment the next day. In fact, they do not even have a doctor available all day as the one doctor that is there is doing surgeries all day. This place is just after your money and do not care about your pet -- I cannot see how anyone could have looked at my fur-baby today in the condition that she was in and not help her. It's just plain insanity.

Nov 08, 2024 · Matt ThomasI made an appointment for my sons dog, and their was an error on their part, they booked the appt for Dec 30th not Dec 23rd. I called before going to see if they were running on time because they are always late, I have waited up to 3 hours, and they proceeded to tell me if wasnt for that particular day. The manager ( unfortunately didnt get her name) rudely said "sorry" and offered another day 2 days later. My dog had rectal itching, burning, a horrid smell, and breath smell due to the licking. I begged and asked to allow him to come in, and they said a flat out "NO". I am in the service business, and would never do this to a customer or client. It was their error, not mine. I decided to show up anyway, and the door was locked, but I could hear dogs, voices etc at this facility. Honestly, would never recommend this place to any furry pet owner, as you will receive a kurt, rude voice on the other side, stating your dog will have to live without annal expression for two more days. Yikes. Companies wonder why they fail, and or go out of business. Its your front end desk, that will ruin your company. Unhappy Customer in Miami... Merry Christmas to you too !!!!
Dec 26, 2024 · Angela SchechterI've always had great service amd costs from Banfield. If I drop off my baby, doctors call me during the visit to give me the report and explain anything I may have a question on. If I go and stay during the exam, staff is sweet and patient with my dog.
Oct 23, 2024 · natalia magnorskyI am beyond disappointed with the level of service and care at Banfield Pet Hospital had provided!! For years, I had been a loyal Banfield member, and you would think that after such loyalty, they would at least show some respect. It’s clear that no one truly loves the pets they care for and it’s just a job for them!! Their lack of compassion and responsibility is both shocking and disheartening. To everyone who truly cares about their pets: please, stay away from Banfield’s corporate-run clinics. They are more focused on making money than ensuring your pet’s well-being. And why are they still implementing outdated "drop-off" practices where pets are caged, leaving you in the dark about their care? We’ve long moved past the necessity for such procedures. Thankfully, there are many amazing veterinary clinics out there where pets can truly feel loved and cared for. Please, if you love your pet, consider taking them to a clinic that gen
Oct 14, 2024 · E ZI am very happy with my experience at this location. They addressed all my concerns and my dog loved it. This is my dogs happy place. And now it's mine too. Amazing customer service. In fact it just feels like you're leaving your dog with family. I've been to a lot of Banfield locations and this one should be the training model for all others. Superb care by the amazing Dr. Barnes. All the front desk staff is so kind and caring. Julia is a star at this location. Belkis is one his favorite people here. She does his weekly therapy and grooming. My family had mentioned how soft his hair is now.The vet techs are the best!!! We initially came here for therapy and ended up staying at this location . I've noticed my dog is feeling better since we've switched to this location. He's a senior dog and I feel they are very in tune with him. It's just been an all-aroundd great experience. I can't begin to express the peace of mind I have leaving my baby here! He gets so happy when he see we are at Banfield now! *Update: Just added a video of Riley leaving his therapy appointment at Banfield. Look at that happy tail!
