The staff is an absolute joy! Went in for follow ups & it was quick easy & my dog absolutely loves the staff. I’ve never had a dog love going to the vet so much! Everyone there should be honored.

All my pets are or have been on the Banfield plan. I go there for their favorite vet, Dr. Irrizari! She has been our vet for over 10 years and she is the kindest,most authentic and knowledgeable veterinarian I know. We love her! Thank you for taking such good care of my babies over the years! 🙏 By the way, my dog is now 20 years old!

Horrible place. My wife on 4/3/2024, brought our beloved cat on her final hours. My wife was crying because our cat was dying and the front office girl refused to listen to my wife and told her that she needed an appointment and that the doctor was at lunch. I was devastated when I got a call from my wife. I immediately called Family Vet next to LA Fitness and they took the time to see our cat. Banfield treated our fur ball of 16 years without any dignity. How they treated my wife was horrible. My cat was my emotional support buddy, I'm a combat veteran that suffer from anxiety. This was really hurtful and shows that your business operates for profits and not care of our furry family members. Shame on your staff for not having the compassion for both my wife and our beloved cat.

DR. ORTEGA is by far the best employee they’ve had in a long time. I’m glad I can finally give this place 5 stars because boy was it struggling before. I’m extremely grateful for her and the ppl she has working under her. Definitely needs a promotion or some sort because she goes above and beyond and very kind! If you have an opportunity to get care from her, then you will most definitely luck out! Asked for a routine health certificate and wasted no time to do what she needed to do in order to get it sent out. Had an issue w approval and wasted no time to notify. Follow up, and take matters into her own hands if need be. QUALITY, service in not only pet care; but the logistics side as well. She needs a raise right now. God bless her and her heart!
