Banfield Pet Hospital

I’ve been coming to this particular location for 8 years. Over the past year it has gotten to be one of the worst customer experiences of my life. I make in room appointments because my dog gets anxious. They always make me leave her for hours on end. We got a new puppy a few months ago and again, made an in room appointment only to be told to leave him. No one could answer questions we had. To make matters worse, I am always the one that has to call nearly 4.5 hours later to check the status, and they always say that the dogs are ready to be picked up. No one had called or told us that. Then we arrive and we have to wait while they finish services. So what was done in the 4.5 hours before I got here that you had my dogs? It has all become very transactional and not personalized service at all. I’ll likely start going to a different location.

The Banfield hospital at this location took excellent care of our dog during a scary emergency situation. Our dog suffered from extreme allergy to food consumed from a dog we were watching at our home. Banfield doctors took quick acrion to flush the allergen and remedy the problem. They were kind, courteous, and professional. The doctors and staff were compassionate to our dog and our needs and helped us to feel peace and assurance while our dog was being treated.

Dr. Aray Perez was so warm and genuine. Armando was lovely as well, and the entire staff did an excellent job of accommodating my Sophy’s leash anxiety. Glad I am part of the Banfield club! :)

Amazing vets! They care so much about the pets. Dr. Sarah Dale Nelson sees my golden retriever and Dr. Cuadrado-Cruz sees my bombay cat. I love their attention to detail, and my dog has pearly whites thanks to their dental cleaning! I have a wellness plan for both pets. They are both young and active. My golden retriever is outside a lot, in the rain, may get an ear infection frequently, etc. The plans work perfectly for me to give them the utmost care and attention while figuring life out myself and my finances. Thank you Banfield! ❤️

The contract is a scam. No value for your money. Better to pay for services when required. I took my dog because he had thrown up and wanted to do a battery of tests. I only authorized x-rays and some medicine. Cost me $500+ Avoid this place as if it was a plague.
