Wouldn’t even give one star if I was able. This vet is a joke. All about the money they can bring in, and not about the care of their patients. Where do I even start? Well first, my Rottie was to have her ACL surgery here, and was seen 2 times before her surgery, where her weight was gathered at each visit. The night before surgery, we do the no food and water after midnight like told, just for it to come surgery day and they say they have to postpone the surgery due to not having the correct supplies for her weight. Tell me how the vet clinic doesn’t have the supplies for her, when they took her weight at least twice before surgery day. Lack of effort and laziness to prep for a surgery. Post op, my Rottie goes back to have her staples removed. 4 days later, I see my dogs incision on the bottom is splitting open and turning red, I go look to find staples that were missed during the removal. This has caused my dog to chew her leg, itch to get the staple out, and now has a nasty open wound. All from the DR missing a staple, and not checking to make sure all the staples were removed. I call to make an appt to get her back in to get the staple removed, and I’m told to email pics and the dr will get back to me. 3 hrs rolls around, no call. I eventually go in to get that one neglected staple out, and am told I have to pay for her $50 medication. I have to pay for her med for your guys error you caused???? How does that work?? I spoke my concerns to the vet tech and was told “this is part of the healing process.” Last time I recalled, this wasn’t part of the healing process to forget a staple that causes a wound. That is malpractice and pure negligence. If the dr and business payed more attention to detail and their work instead of money, all of the staples would’ve been correctly removed, not had one missed, causing an open incision and now wound. If you want to pay for the dr’s lack of responsibilities and attention to detail, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, stay far away. They also have my dog listed as a male on HER chart after I have made it aware to them time after time she is a FEMALE. After all those times, they continue to say him and don’t pay attention to her gender. Oh and forgot to mention, they also forgot to fax over my dogs records to her boarding place, after I asked 3 times. Definitely lost us as a patient and will not be back.
