We recently adopted two lovely kittens and I brought them in for their first veterinary wellness exam. The staff are all wonderfully dedicated, caring individuals. They are welcoming and helpful. Dr. Baum was thorough, and gentle with our two girls. His quiet presence kept them soothed and calm through the examinations. He answered my questions and left me feeling confident that they will be in good hands in the future.

Dec 16, 2024 · Amy ZupkoOverly impressed by this team. Dr. Baum spent extra time to make sure I was comfortable with my decisions and did this on a Saturday! Not only that, he gave me information to not only look out for my dog's best interest but my own wallet. Extremely grateful and highly reccomend!

Dec 07, 2024 · Paul DI have taken animals adopted from the shelter to this practice a number of times in the past. Frequently there have been communication problems between with the receptionists and the veterinary providers. It took multiple calls to have medications ordered, that the veterinarian had prescribed and failed to document in their notes. Also, getting calls back are almost impossible . They now charge $130 to establish care there for EVERY new animal. However they did not say that when the initial appointment was scheduled for a new adoption. They called the day before the appointment, to confirm it and collect the money. When I stated that it an inconvenience to find another veterinarian appointment on such notice, and it was bad business practice not to inform clients that there is now a $130 fee when they make the appointment, they had a pointless excuse. I suspect they were waiting until clients showed up at the time of appointment and informed them of the new fee, and it did not go well. They are poorly run, and all about the money now. In response to Arlington Animal's Hospital reply below: This information is incorrect. I have never had a "no show" for any appointment. Any and all cancellations for appointments, over the years were made more than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. They are blatantly lying to cover up their poor service.
