We moved from Nebraska to Cleveland and tried two prior Veterinary places and did not get that warm fuzzy feeling until we arrived to your clinic. All of you are wonderful people (front office & doctors) who really care about animals and their owners. Chloe felt like a princess. Loved Dr. Thomas how she took her time to get to know Chloe and also she followed up with a phone call. Also her assistant was so caring and loving. Thank you.

I’ve brought multiple animals to Appalachian Animal Clinic, and they have always been amazing! The staff is kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the well-being of every pet. Their prices are fair, and they provide top-notch care without unnecessary upsells. I always feel confident bringing my pets here, knowing they’re in great hands. Highly recommend!

Didn’t get the best news about my dog but I just moved to Cleveland and this place was a random vet we decided to try and I’m very happy with the choice. The doctors are knowledgeable and explain everything to you to make sure you know what is going on and understand. The staff is kind and so sweet to my baby when I bring her in even though she’s very scared. This is the first place I didn’t cry having to drop her off because the staff demonstrated how loving they are to these animals on my first visit. Our vet is Jennifer and she has been so transparent about what they think is going on with my dog and what we can do and options as well as explain payment options that make it POSSIBLE which is such a big complaint i’ve always had , treatment is expensive and everyone deserves a chance to save, help, heal their pet if its possible and this places helps you. They are also really fair on price and are up front about what they can do and give you price points to help which was really nice. I picked a good place and i’m hopeful in going back soon to get options on my baby! Definitely recommend going here they were amazing!! I like how open the lobby is too and they have really cute dog treats you can buy!

My Piper was bad sick so I called to get her an appointment, they had us in the next day and tested my baby for parvo which came back positive. So they gave her fluids and a shot for nausea. I took her home but later decided to have her watched impatient so we took her back and gave her fluids through the night and a shot to help. Friday morning I got a call to pick her up, she eat a little and slowly started to drank. Come Saturday morning my baby was back to herself, eating drinking and using the bathroom, no vomiting or diarrhea. I want to Thank you all for saving my Babygirl!! I will highly recommend you guys to everyone!! Y'all are the best Thanks again for all y'all did for my Piper❤️

I loved our experience here!!! The staff was sweet and attentive!!! They paid attention to our dog as she was walking in and knew what we were there for! The exam was quick (for us) and they were very informative and answered all my questions!!! And the price wasn’t bad!!! $80 for the exam and pain medicine!! Luna loved them and we will be back!!!!
