My dog Reggie had his first appointment at Antioch Animal hospital and it was great. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They explained everything in detail. The vet answered all my questions and genuinely cared, making sure Reggie had the best care possible. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I love this vet office, they took the best care of my hard to treat dog. Even after she had passed, they knew us both well enough and made the entire situation much more tolerable, I trusted them so much with her - I had no worries at all. We got an entire year more together and it was because of their kind hearts and knowledgeable staff. I cannot thank them enough

This vet DOESN’t CARE about animals, they are greedy for money and even charge for credit card charges now. My dog got rejected services yesterday 2/27/25 even though they’ve seen my dog for almost 2 years. I called them yesterday regarding my dog. They told me they were booked and won’t be able to see my dog until next week. They told me to go see another vet since they think my dog has pyrometra. I read pyrometra is life threatening for dogs and the fact that they couldn’t get my dog in, that was disappointing and really shows they don’t care if my dog died. I’ll be moving my vet services from here and going somewhere else. I was able to get into another vet where their prices were fair for an emergency surgery and they cared for my dog. They performed the surgery last night and it was successful. They are very expensive and they don’t really care about the concerns you tell them. I’ve expressed concerns to them about my puppy having I think was pimples on her and they just tell me to not be worried. I’ve expressed discharge for my puppy and they charged me $70 just to run a urine sample and told me not to worry unless my puppy can’t hold her pee. The doctor doesn’t even finish cutting your puppies nails and you have to go tell the front desk before you pay to finish clipping the nails. I’m better off paying petsmart monthly for better service and coverage. Petsmart offers unlimited visits, a bunch of vaccines, yearly dental cleaning for around $55 a month. And petsmart also offers have a 24/7 service online if you are ever concerned about your pets. I only tried this place because it’s closer to my house, but after giving this vet so many chances. I rather drive 25 mins to petsmart.
