Dr. McNair and the entire staff were absolutely amazing! They were patient, kind, and treated our baby dog like she was their own. We couldn’t be happier with the care they gave us or the spectacular outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to go again if necessary. It was the best money we have ever spent. We went home with a box of puppies and got a bonus puppy an hour after arriving home. :) This is a wonderful facility full of professionals who love animals.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Ann Arundel Emergency Clinic for saving my sweet Bailee girl’s life. This place takes serious action! I brought her in when she suddenly became ill one morning and none of the local vets in our area were able to see her until much later in the day. Once I arrived the staff immediately brought her back to stabilize/diagnose. This place is very thorough, as It only took 15 minutes to find out she had a ruptured tumor on her spleen. I was devastated, but the vet confirmed we had a glimmer of hope the tumor is benign based on all of the rigorous testing. We immediately discussed route of treatment and decided to transfer her to surgery for a splenectomy over euthanasia. She is alive because of this place and I will forever be thankful!! I want to make a comment on some of the negative reviews complaining about price and claiming they were ripped off. I thought everything was extremely fair since you’re paying for quality, efficiency, and top notch expertise. It was a life or death situation and we were given priority while our local vets turned us away. To me this is priceless. If you are ever in my situation please remember time is of the essence. Ann Arundel Emergency Clinic is equipped with state of the art testing equipment that your local vets most likely won’t have.

I have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. They are awesome. I had to admit my cat for some concerning findings on an X-Ray, and they took the best care of him. I was given updates multiple times throughout the day, and sent photos every night and morning of him snuggled up in his space! Each doctor I talked to was compassionate and so knowledgeable, and they took the time to answer every question I had. Dr. Sarah Lynch was absolutely phenomenal. Costs are also given up front and you have the chance to review an itemized bill before paying, they’re great at talking through payment options with you.

Took my dog Penny in for urinary tract infection which turned into multiple bladder stone with severe blockage. They were able to release the blockage and avoid emergency surgery so I could schedule an appointment with my regular vet on Monday and schedule surgery possibly saving me a lot of money. They were very caring and compassionate. I am very grateful for their quick action in preventing a serious situation from becoming a much more critical situation. Thank you.
