Took my dog in after he got into a fight with a house mate. First time in and they made the experience a lot less stressful. Friendly staff, got me check in fast and easy, and took good care of my boy. Pricing was a bit less than I expected, and they were great at explaining treatment. I would definitely recommend this place for those unexpected accidents with your fur babies (:

I had to put my dog down here while I was on a cross country trip to a new home and they treated me with such kindness and care during a very sad and stressful time. They even gave me her fur shavings the same day cause I wouldn't be able to come back. Today about a week and a half after it happened I received this card in the mail from them and I can say with certainty I have never received such care and thoughtfulness from a vet... I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone with any sort of emergency with their beloved pets they will go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need and then some.

WOW! This place is fantastic! From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely heard and cared for. I had previously gone to another vet, where I was left feeling unheard, and they didn’t even inform me that test results would take 7 to 10 business days until after I’d left with the receipt. My kitty was acting funny, and I didn’t want to wait that long for answers or risk delaying any necessary treatment. Dr. Helmer was incredible—she took the time to explain her thoughts on what might be causing the issue and the steps we could take. Her approach was so gentle and caring with my cat, and her expertise was clear. You can tell this team is passionate about animals and that it’s truly about helping pets, not just about profit. Wendy was also amazing, going over all costs and details thoroughly and transparently. My kitty has a concerning bump on her neck, and while we don’t have all the answers yet, I feel confident knowing the steps we need to take. I’m so grateful to have found this urgent care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for compassionate, expert care for their pets!

No one wishes to have a pet emergency but I am thankful we chose this location. We were admitted very quickly and the staff was incredible. Everyone was kind and patient with our distressed pup. Excellent communication from diagnosis, treatment, and up front costs. We were able to leave with the medications we needed and received follow up documents that would valuable for insurance claims and possible future treatments. A sincere thank you to the wonderful staff that made this experience less stressful. This facility also has its own parking lot for those of you, like me, that find that to be an important feature.

My toy poodle jumped out of my arms and I was concerned that he might have broken his leg or fractured his leg. I took him to Animal urgent care they were fantastic from the reception to the checkout. The wait wasn’t long, Everybody treated me kindly with empathy for my dog. The vet gave came in, gave me all my options answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I definitely would go there again. The prices were reasonable, Given the emergency situation
