Dr. A was amazing and took his time explaining all of the issues with my senior pug Lola. He was caring, detailed, and even texted me 5 times to follow up on her progress. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family members. Best vet I have ever met and his staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Honestly would give zero stars if I could, due to the vet that I spoke with. All the other employees were were kind and compassionate. I had brought in my cat a few months ago (who was very ill). After the exam the vet came into the common area, where I was waiting, and basically publicly shamed me for my cats condition. Being very passive aggressive, pushy, and frankly rude. She was making it out like I was being careless when my cats health really was declining fast. I understand a vets job is to do what is best for an animal, that's why I came to the vet, but some advice for you Elisabeth Sevy, if you want people to come to you with their sick animal, don't make them feel like a terrible person for seeking help. You should be ashamed for your lack of empathy and for being unprofessional. Everyone who isn't Miss Sevy, thank you for your help. Moral of the story, don't come here if you are hoping to get your terribly ill pet some life saving help cause the vet will make you feel terrible for it. Edit: Your response is actually not internally true, I did take medication home. I did get the injection. As you can see, I did what I could afford at the time. I had a lot to process, and 2k worth of tests to consider. You can see why I needed more time. I did end up doing the euthanasia with ANOTHER vet

We’ve recommended a few people now. We have two boys that go see Dr. A. I feel more educated with each visit! He shows and explains what’s happening. He responds faster than the time we are given. I truly believe he cares for the pets and people he helps. He’s never pressured us into doing anything we weren’t okay with. He’s never forced us into medication we didn’t trust. Thank you Dr. A! Max thanks you too. Then there is the front staff… So nice! All of them are usually smiling, conversational, and follow through with their call back promises. We have absolutely zero complaints from the past few years and hope that continues for many more years to come!!!
