I liked the way the aquatic systems looked to be maintained (clean glass and looked after but nice algae and plant growth on decor) but unfortunately did see some sick fish. It is hard to avoid in a setting like this as big box stores normally do not quarentine. Most fish looked ok, just a few with infection or injury or swimming abnormally. Hope the tank perameters are maintained as well as the glass that the public sees. I loved the big alunacara cichlids in the large free standing tank.

Do not buy the Petco brand aquarium kit, Imagitarium. They do not have a replacement filter !!!! I wish I read the reviews before I bought it , it did not last even 4 hours !!! Petco should be embarrassed !!!! Save your hard earned money , I ended up buying a new filter and a new light on Amazon because Petco can not replace it . This experience honestly makes me never want to use them again .

Got my dog groomed there a few weeks ago. I'm very aggravated with the way things were handled by management. My dog got a skin infection hours after being groomed here and had to be taken to the vet because she was extremely lethargic and had a high fever. The price of the vet bill was pretty high. I was refunded for the grooming service but then told I would be contacted about whether they're going to compensate me for the vet bill. It's been weeks, I left more than 3 messages, missed one call from them and called them back, not one response since. Don't think my dog will ever be groomed here again nor will I buy anything from here. Nothing against the employees that worked on my dog, just irritated with the manager and whoever else is in charge of settling issues with customers. I recommend finding a groomer that isn't part of a pet store chain. Their products are overly expensive and the quality is not worth it. In the photo below is one of many red rash spots she had all over her body. Some of them were bleeding because of her excessive scratching. Normally I'd let stuff like this go, but my dog was not herself for a week and I had never seen her in so much pain. This is also my second time trying to post this review considering the first time I posted it, it wasn't viewable.
