Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain

First I’d like to say they did a great job caring for my dog. Quick, friendly, and efficient , until it came time to pay I was very happy. I noticed because it seemed high. I then asked exactly what I was paying for to find out they charged me extra, more than double the haircut cost to give my 11 pound dog a bath. I only had a haircut scheduled, and because I am newer to this vet, I didn’t know to specify no bath. I feel stolen from! Not only did they take my money, they took my time. I had bathed my dog prior to taking her for just her haircut.

We’ve been seeing Dr. Cornman for about a year. We live in Hixson, but our previous vet referred us to her when one of our dogs had a problem with her tail. Dr. Cornman did a magnificent surgery on our sweet girl and she’s healed beautifully with no problems. They’ve also solved some other issues with both of our pups which was such a relief. Our dogs now see her for their annual visits and vaccinations. They are always relaxed in this office and get along so well with the staff. Everyone at this vet hospital is delightful, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure their clients have exactly what they need. I actually needed some records just the other day and the moment I hung up they were in my email. So attentive and thorough! I love that my dogs have such a wonderful vet and will gladly drive to Signal Mountain for them to be seen by Dr. Cornman.

Saw Dr. Kincannon today for my guinea pigs injured eye. It was our first visit and we were very pleased! The clinic is very nice and clean. Got us into a room very quickly and the doctor and staff were very sweet. Thank you for all the help & getting us an appointment on such short notice!! 🙂

The unpredictable happened two days ago, and my Aussie, Louis got into some things he shouldn’t have. I suspected he had a blockage because he was throwing up EVERYTHING that he ingested. After spending a whole day in panic, and being turned away from the two vets I’ve used in the past, I called the Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain. They were able to get us in within the hour. Dr. Cornman was prompt with Louis’ care and even stayed open many hours past close to do his emergency surgery. I am so grateful for his care here, as I don’t think Louis would be here without them. The Animal Hospital of Signal Mountain just gained a lifetime patient. Thank you again for everything, Dr. Cornman and staff. P.S. this was also the cheapest option out of every vet I called in Chattanooga.

Warm and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Worked well with my regular vet who had no appointments open and even had my cats records from them. My cat was very sick and needed to be seen asap. Critter is feeling much better and this Cat Mama too!
