This was a first time needed appointment as an emergency. From the time of getting an appointment to the time we went in everything was wonderful. The front desk staff couldn't be nicer. The vet tech Hannah was extraordinarily kind. Dr Emily was over and above kind. I would recommend this place to anybody who is looking for their dog to get treated regularly. Couldn't give this place a better review. Justin overall pleasant experience

These people are so rude (and they like to lie.) My friend's daughter's 4 year old cat came up missing about 2 weeks ago. We were called over Memorial Day weekend that someone had found him, we were camping 4 hours away from home. The woman had changed her mind about being able to keep him for the weekend (without informing us) and called a local organization I'm told is called "Just for You" to come and get him. I immediately googled this organization and came up with this veterinarians phone number. I called and describe the cat, they told me I would have to speak with the people at this "Just for You" and gave me a cell phone number to call. The woman who answers ends up telling me she was told the entire story from the local woman who found the cat. She told me the cat was at the vet now, being neutered! Instead of giving me any kind of directions on how I get the cat back she played that her phone was losing service and then hung up on me. When my friend, the owner of the cat, tried to call her back she responded with a text message that she would have someone else call her. I then called back the vet who this time informed me the cat has already been neutered and is in their care right now. The next call we received from another woman claimed to think the cat was a stray and is wanting evidence it is her cat. What is wrong with people stealing a 4 year olds cat? Shame on all of you! I will also be helping her file a claim with the Better Bussiness Bureau.

I'm a fairly new pet owner (I've had my cat for 2 years and I've had her since she was a baby) and I was pretty nervous about getting her fixed. The staff were very friendly and made me feel secure when I dropped my cat off. They left me a voice-mail to let me know she was ready to be picked up and they referred to her as "my girl". It was a little detail, but it let me know how much they cared. This will definitely be my go to office going forward.
