Animal Hospital of Dunedin

AHOD will always have a special place in my heart. I worked here (twice, once in the kennel, once at the reception desk) ten plus years ago, and actually rescued my first dog while I was employed there. All of the Drs are so caring, knowledgeable and are extremely devoted to helping animals and their owners within the community. I moved out of the area, and left the vet field about 5 years ago, after 15 years at a few different places, but this was always my favorite workplace, as well as place to bring my pets. I referred a few friends here as well, who continued to bring their pets here after I'd moved on, because the quality of care is unmatched. I brought my dog here recently for his Rainbow Bridge visit, it felt appropriate for his life with me to end where it began. Thank you Dr Todd, Dr Hafner, Dr Woodley, Dr Matthews and Dr B, for all you did and have done for myself and many others. I learned so much from you, and value my time there more than I can put into words.

We are from Cape Canaveral Florida and my lulu hurt her left leg and couldn’t walk. They saw her and made me feel so much better. I appreciate all they did. They also called the next morning to check on her. Thank you all the staff.

Had a bit of a scare with our 11 week old corgi puppy and they got us in that day to figure things out. Everyone was friendly and caring. Got a call the next day from the vet who treated him to check on how he was doing. Will definitely be going back!

This hospital is great! All the staff is wonderful! I had to put my dog down recently. A few weeks later I recieved this little plate with my dogs name on it along with a little saying. I was really touched by this very unexpected gesture ♥️. Dunedin Animal Hospital has been very accommodating and very prompt with appointments. I would highly recommend this hospital. You & your fur babies will really like it! Thank you for taking great care of my dogs!
