I absolutely love this place. They really do care about your pets. My kitty Jaxon has been battling a UTI and I've been in communication with them regarding it this entire time as we've had to go to the e-clinic because of scheduling issues, which is totally understandable. They are a busy clinic and we are not the only patients they have. I have sent them emails and they are immediately responsive with a phone call to follow-up. Dr. Collazos is very cool and all the techs are super friendly. I have 5 cats, all of which came to me through the cat distribution system, so needless to say we visit quite often. Anyhow, I deeply appreciate the team and their attentiveness. It's stressful trying to care for all of the kitties and they make it easy. Their prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend. Thank you Team!

The staff is awesome they helped us with the passing of My Shar-Pei mix of 12 years. We love you sharlene. Thank you so much, sorry for snotting up your floor, LOL

I’m not one for posting bad reviews! I’ve sat on this one, for over a week! 16 years ago, I had a visit with my daughters dog, Bella, while my daughter was on vacation, with Dr. Rod. Can’t say good enough about her. She was caring and compassionate! Since then, I figured I would revisit with my two fur babies because of my awesome experience with her! Nope! Never again! Dr. Rod. Doesn’t see new patients. She only does surgeries! I saw Dr. Colazos! Nope!!! I figured I’d give them another chance and visited with Dr. Reddy! Three visits with her and one of the visits, my daughter came with me to help me with my babies. I gave her three chances! She makes you feel STUPID and tries to UPSELL everything!!!! No options, no compassion, just GREED!!! This is why people can’t afford to adopt animals in need! Not everyone has a pocket of $300 - $400 a visit! I chose to go with a different vet!!!!

Great staff at this practice, especially his usual care team of Dr. Hughes and Rain/Vet Tech. They are really patient centered with Mars and provide him with compassionate clinical care. The front office staff, especially Mindy, are so accommodating when the schedule will allow. He had the same vet for 7.5 years and he'll be 9 this year. So, needless to say I was uneasy with the transition to a new vet. All is well, though, and he loves his new care team.
