Amazing! So glad I asked awhile ago being new to the area for emergency vet that was actually good! They got us in right away, since they weren't busy. Our dog wouldn't have been first or second to real emergency. But he got treated and cared for and it wasn't an arm and a leg! They are all friendly and fast! Just two pictures of our fur baby 🥰

My cat needed emergency services as one of his legs was cold, he couldn’t stand/walk, and was breathing heavily. The team seen him within 10 minutes of us arriving and we had an answer of what was wrong about 10 minutes after that. Sadly we had to put our boy down that night due to blood clot and heart failure. Everyone there was very kind and took good care of him. Thank you. We miss you Weine!

Excellent work from these people. While unfortunately my baby girl went over the rainbow bridge they made it very comfortable and were thorough with her testing. These people extremely caring and empathetic. The Doctor was a very sweet guy and explained everything very well. I really appreciate the care and compassion that was given from the care team involved with our baby Selene.

Just want to say thank you to the staff and the doctor who were so unbelievably compassionate towards my mom and I last night as we had to say goodbye to our boy. You got us in as fast as you could, with a little to no wait in the lobby. We were very emotional as most people who have to do these sort of things are and we were met with nothing but kindness and patience. Thank you for making the process as smooth as possible and for talking us through every step with sympathy. Would definitely recommend anyone in the need of a pet emergency to you guys.

I came to this place with my sister-in-law because her dog was ill and right away the cost was $170 then waited a few hours than staff came out with paperwork with what she needed along with the cost of $1300 . So everything has to be paid upfront before work can be done She asked if the cost could be reduce so she could afford the meds but was told no. The staff was not rude at all I would suggest a price listing somewhere so the there's no price shocker

Today was a tough day to say the least!!! I had to euthanize my amazing dog Riley today. My actual vet was to Busy to do it. REALLY! Thank goodness I came to this emergency vet !!! They were kind, compassionate and loving. Thank you so much. Riley crossed the rainbow bridge in peace and comfort. Riley was a therapy dog who comforted so many people.

Do not recommend! Make the drive to go anywhere else!!! Puppy had very serious issue. We called in advance and knew what the issue was but they couldn't and wouldn't give quote over the phone but was told they have payment plans (that's why we chose to go). Wanted $1700!!. Were not able to get payment plan 3 different ones and two different people.....(and we have decent credit). they took the puppy away right when we got There and put her somewhere else. She screamed and cried the whole time. Instead of calming her or bringing her to be in with us they just let her yelp.... spent the entire time trying to get credit approval and calling other vets. They didn't seem very concerned, informative or compassionate. They did supply us with a list of other places to call because they said they are way more expensive than most places. we finally found another place that would do procedure for $650.00 (fox run in metamora)!!!! THATS $1100.00 less. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! took a while to get her back from them. Then they still charged us $170 for "looking at her" when the issue was very clear. $170 for a glance in a emergency situation is insane!!! Do not feel like they cared. Wasted time and money that should have been spent elsewhere!! Would hate for someone else to have to go thru the same especially on a budget! Save your money and get better care.

They were very caring and right up front with cost. The staff was excellent. I highly recommend them. My Teddy, a cockapoo had choked on something, he is only 15 weeks old. I thought I was going to lose him. By the time we left he was back to being his playful self. Pricing was very reasonable for an emergency vet. Thanks for calling and checking on him the next day.
