We took our golden there for the first time who has hypothyroidism. Very caring and Dr. Segar addressed all of our concerns and took her time with us. Staff is also great! They also sent me an estimate of cost for our next appointment which I think is awesome! Highly recommend!

Customer Service? I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I arrive 5 mins early to my appt, I call to check in (per their procedure) After waiting for 20 mins past my appt time, I call back in to remind them I am sitting in my car in the heat and to ask how much longer. Reception told me they would check and call me back...which no one ever did. After sitting there for another 20 mins... I go in to reschedule my appt. I had brought in my fecel samples, per their request and handed it off. 5 mins after i leave... someone calls me to tell me that I needed to come back and pay for the fecel test...to which I told them I already waited for 45 mins and I'm not turning around to come back and pay for it. 2 days later, I go to return to my rescheduled appt... only to find out they had cancelled my appt... without notifying me that it was Cancelled... citing that they had the impression and assumption that I was never returning. WELL, NOW I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!! And thank you for putting your clients first. At least a passive-aggressive email or text to cancel my appt would have been nice so that I didn't waste anymore of my time. I spent over $1000 in the last 30 days, you could have billed me for the test when I returned just 2 days later. it's OK. I am taking my business elsewhere where they are respectful of their clients and their time. I don't have the time to be put off for 45 mins, with no communication or to have appts randomly cancel also with no communication or have 1.5-2HR office visits with the vet either... POORLY RAN OPERATION!

Very caring about my cat and realistic about treatment options. They do have suggestions for behavioral peeing as well. As a note, they saved me a lot of money by showing how the continuous antibiotics my previous vet had prescribed were not needed

What amazing caring people who did unspeakable things to poor Brady to help him get his bark out of his butt(seriously). Apparently Michigan hardwood is not as forgiving as Florida pine. Great no non-sense Doctor who like the staff clearly have a love for all creatures great and small.
