Animal Clinic of Casselberry

We had to lay our dog of 15yrs down, it was very sad but I must say this animal clinic did make us feel very comfortable and our dog Bogard. They even fed him pancakes and casserole from Cracker barrel! Thank you I know he is in a better place now! We will miss you Bogard❤️

Dr Alex Emerson is a very caring and compassionate Vet. He listens to your concerns or issues. Him and his team of vets/ staff take care of our dogs Butch and Cookie. They recently did a successful surgery on Cookie taking a cyst out of her hip. They are also reasonable on their prices and do not try to rip you off like other vets i have experienced. I would recommend them to family and friends. Thank you for taking good care of our pets!

The two tend to get into some shenanigans on occasion. Animal Clinic of Casselberry have helped them and me several times. They genuinely care about what they are doing and they also take care of me in the process. I highly recommend this clinic for your loved ones.

The staff was warm, welcoming, helpful and professional. The kitties were in good hands at all times, even when they were fearful. Glad that mine were checked and healthy. I really like the easier way to make appointments. And thank you, Dr. Emerson! We had been with Dr. Hill for many years (20) and miss him also.

Used to be 5 stars and now I wouldn't recommend to someone I dislike. Na'Vi has been a patient here since we brought her home 6 years ago and until Dec 2024 was always wonderful to us. My wife called to get an appointment for vaccinations and nail trimming. We were told no appointment needed to come anytime from 12:00-4:00pm it is wide open. My wife responded with roughly 2:00pm arrival as there was no appointment to be made. She arrived at 2:15 and was rudely turned away with a lecture about being on time for appointments. This would normally not be an issue, we would take the poor attitude once and move on. Unfortunately this is a double standard for this office as every actual appointment made has been pushed back more than 15min and forced to wait for their inability to schedule. It's pathetic. We will take our business elsewhere.
