I wish I could give a higher rating! My sweet Aussie girl (Maggie) suffered some deep lacerations and was taken care of immediately. Dr. Adam Ryan is a Saint! Him and his staff took wonderful care of her and made her feel as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the facility was very clean. We live an hour and a half from here and I would do this drive over and over even for a 5 minute shot appointment. Thank you for taking such great care of her! You’re greatly appreciated.

The Animal Care Center is consistently described as a place where both pets and their owners feel welcomed and comfortable, even during stressful situations. One reviewer, whose dog suffered deep lacerations, immediately felt that the facility was "very clean," contributing to a sense of professionalism and trustworthiness. This emphasis on cleanliness and organization is paramount in a healthcare setting, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for all patients.
Beyond the physical space, the atmosphere is profoundly shaped by the staff's demeanor. The team is described as "incredibly friendly and helpful," creating a supportive and reassuring environment. This is particularly evident in the case of the dog with lacerations, where the staff "made her feel as comfortable as possible." Furthermore, during the emotionally challenging process of euthanasia, another client noted how "caring" the team was and how "The Dr looked like she was having a hard time with it," illustrating a deep empathy that resonates with grieving pet owners. This compassionate and understanding atmosphere is a hallmark of the Animal Care Center, making it a place where difficult decisions are faced with kindness and support.
As a leading establishment in the "Pet Hospital" category, Animal Care Center offers a broad and essential range of veterinary services designed to address the diverse health needs of companion animals. Emergency and Urgent Care: The immediate attention given to "deep lacerations" highlights the clinic's strong capability to handle urgent and emergency cases. The reviewer's willingness to drive "an hour and a half" even for a minor appointment underscores trust in their emergency responsiveness and effectiveness.
Preventive and Wellness Care: Even for routine visits like a "5 minute shot appointment," clients are willing to travel, suggesting that comprehensive wellness services, including vaccinations, routine check-ups, and preventative treatments, are also reliably provided.

Mar 18, 2025 · Alexandra SWe love this place. We had to put 1 of our babies to sleep and they were very caring. The Dr looked like she was having a hard time with it. We will be going back if we need to.
Feb 06, 2025 · Travis BeachelIf you're looking for a compassionate, attentive vet clinic that treats your pet with care and respect—*this is not the place*. From the moment we walked in, we were met with cold indifference rather than the warmth and empathy one would expect from professionals who claim to care about animals. Our dog had several concerning symptoms: red, balding spots, scabs, and dry patches. Not only did the vet tech fail to greet her, she didn’t so much as glance in her direction. She didn’t help weigh her, didn’t acknowledge our dog’s clear discomfort, and barely acknowledged us. We provided our dog’s medical history, yet the tech gave no indication that she heard or understood a word we said. It was as if we were speaking into a void. When I offered to look up the brand of prescription food our dog was on, she snapped back with, *“Are you transferring care to us?”* I explained we were only in town for a few days and needed temporary care. Her response? *“Don’t bother.”* I still have no idea what transferring care had to do with identifying a brand of dog food, but the attitude was enough to make it clear we were unwelcome. Then came the vet, Dr. Adam Ryan. I use the term “vet” loosely here because I’ve seen more medical insight from a Google search. He gave our dog a cursory glance—maybe 30 seconds at most—then literally shrugged and said he didn’t know what was wrong. He said he wouldn’t bother doing any lab work because “these things just happen” and there was “nothing he could do.” He then stood there silently, staring at us as though we were the inconvenience. I had to pull basic information out of him like *I* was the one responsible for diagnosing our dog. It was both infuriating and heartbreaking. They refused to help us. Not even the bare minimum was offered. No treatment plan, no suggestions, no care. Just apathy. Do yourself—and your pet—a favor and avoid this clinic at all costs. This wasn’t just a disappointing visit; it was a disgraceful one.

Feb 23, 2025 · Jaime PacelliPatient caring team even when you’re crying your eyes out cause your dog cannot walk. Lovely team & will happily spend my money here. Very good prices for X-rays & treatment. Vet isn’t judgmental about other less-invasive methods of treatment.
