I do not know what is going on with the admin at this clinic. I called earlier this week to make an appointment for my dog. I was given a date and a time, confirmed my phone number, and I asked if they wanted me to email records ahead of the visit. I was told I could email them or just bring copies with. On the day of the appoint, I sent a copy of my dog's records via email. My boyfriend had to take my dog since I was unable to get out of work. When he arrived, he was told they had no record of the appointment. After my boyfriend and pup got home, I called the number I called earlier in the week to confirm I had the right location. As I was confirming the location, the receptionist quickly recognized what I was doing and did apologize for the mix-up. I was offered a new date, however, initially declined since it was going to be in the middle of the morning. I wouldn't be able to get off of work and didn't think my boyfriend could swing it. He actually was able to make that appointment work, so he called back minutes later. Unfortunately, the person he spoke with acted like she had no idea what he was talking about. (We did confirm we were calling the same number.)

Nov 22, 2024 · Laura LynnI took my 15 year old cat here for the first time today. She is a friendly cat but gets upset at the Vet’s office. The staff here put her at ease. They checked her throughly, took her blood, and gave her a shot for a UTI. They were amazing with her. This was a great experience for Chloe, and the pricing was very reasonable. I will continue to bring Chloe here for all her Veterinarian needs. Thank you to Morgan, and Dr. Raj Sandhu.
Jan 20, 2024 · Shelly KnightGreat vet services! The staff is kind and quick. They'll treat you farebaby with love and respect, and their care is above and beyond. Have two dogs under their care, and we are very pleased.
Jul 10, 2024 · nofar ovedStay away at all costs! I'd give 0 stars if I could! Ive never had such a horrible vet experience but I tried to push through to get my cat the help they need. Cheap Prices = Cheap Care. This is the second time the vet diagnosed one of my animals wrong. This time I brought my cat and at first I was the only one there which I like because it means your pet is the main focus. Once I got in the exam room I could hear people bringing their pets in. They overbooked and had people waiting in other exam rooms, so he went back and forth between rooms. He hardly looked at my cat, then "diagnosed" my cat and quickly got out of the room to go to the next pet. I had another question after he left and I heard his assistant tell him that (right outside my exam room door). He must of rolled his eyes or shook his head because after a pause of silence, they laughed at me wanting to ask more questions. When I was finally able to ask he didn't know the answer. He gave my cat a shot & medication that didn't work (because he diagnosed wrong) so my cat got all that for nothing plus that's wasted money. A week or so later I emailed and said it didn't work, my cat needs a different treatment. He said he won't do anything more for my cat and to go get a second opinion or go to a specialist to spend $1000's of dollars, which was weird since he told me my cats condition wasn't bad at all and would be easily treatable. So now I'm mad at myself for going back to this vet in the first place after he diagnosed my puppy wrong. It's just money wasted. They just want cash and when you call the vet out for being wrong, he gets mad and says he won't do anything more for your pet. So stay away so you don't go through what I had to go through. My cat still isn't better and now I have to go somewhere else. The only good that came out of this, is being able to find a vet that is professional, cares, and most importantly knows what they are talking about.
