We recently had to take our family dog of 10 1/2 years here to put him to rest. My husband and I have had him our entire marriage and it was so difficult for us. The vet tech that put him to sleep was amazing, she was so gentle and sweet to him. Told him how cute he was. The entire staff was very accommodating and we received a card in the mail about 2 weeks later with the staff’s signatures inside and warm words from a lot of them. I just want to thank you all for helping us through this and making it as peaceful for him as it possibly could have been, he was an amazing pup.

So weird giving a 5 star review to a place that I last saw my pup alive. But I have no complaints about the place or the staff. My dog was extremely sick. The staff including the doctor was compassionate, explained everything very well, had patience with me even when I asked questions that I clearly knew the answer to. (2am emergency vet visit makes you a bit crazy). I didn’t want to let my sweet pup go but I didn’t want her to suffer anymore. Her blood tests confirmed, she was suffering. They allowed me time with her and was seriously compassionate and not rushed throughout the entire visit They called a week later to let me know my sweet pups ashes were there for pick up. Even then, they were compassionate. I know it is easy to blame this place for the horrible fate of your pet. Believe me, I did not get the outcome I wanted, but it is not their fault. I would use this place again if God forbid I needed them again. Added a pic of my sweet girl when she was feeling her best. She can always be remembered in a Google review. 🐶

Very impressed with our visit for our German Shepherd who was having trouble walking. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Dr Hall took her time with us and explained what to look for, medication, and our dog’s future. Not what we wanted to hear but very sympathetic to our emotional state. Highly recommend them. Thank you so much.

Despite the late hours of midnight, the airport team was still in good spirits to help out my kitty with a nasty abscess. She certainly was feisty with me trying to get her there but I believe their calm demeanor kept her nerves calm and she did amazing with them! They handled her with care and made her as comfortable as possible. Price was very reasonable for emergency vet. Would recommend 1000% percent!

****READ THIS REVIEW!!!!"******* They are monsters the vet there Has no empathy whatsoever and doesn't understand the value of your pets life. If I could give them negative 5 stars I would, but I had to at least give them one to be able to write this review to hopefully help someone else from making poor choice of taking their animal here. My cat baby was hit by a car And I took him there desperate for help instead the vet kept telling me that I should euthanize him. As I stood there, sobbing uncontrollably, he had the nerve to tell me it was just a cat.Yes, the vet Himself said this to me and my husband. He clearly is not a vet for the love of animals. It is obviously a money making plot for him. They seemed so caring over the phone, Reminding us that they were the closest place that we could bring my cat for emergency care, I'm sure that's how they make most of their money because it isn't from being good at their jobs. I would not recommend this place to anyone who loves their fur babies. I worry about people who take their animals there because if this man could stand there and Sarcastically imply that I was overreacting To his "professional" recommendation of euthanizing (killing) my cat ( his exact words were "it isn't like it's a human child, ... it's a cat." 🤬) I can only imagine how he treats the animals when the owners aren't near. By the way, I took my cat baby to another 24 hr Emergency vet hospital in Carmel and guess what? HE IS STILL ALIVE AND GOING TO BE FINE- DON'T GO THERE!!!!!!!
