Affordable Veterinary Care

My two little Chihuahuas passed over the rainbow bridge Wednesday and I'm so grateful for affordable vet care. The vet and all the staff were amazing. They took great care of them afterwards and I was about to take them home and bury them. They also provided me with these lovely glass bottles with their fur and angel wings attached. I really appreciate their compassion and kindness. I highly recommend them for any of your fur baby's needs. I will be bringing my cats there in future as needed. Again thank you to them.

Not a fan of this vet and won’t be bringing my baby here ever again. First of all they lied about the cost of an exam. When the appointment was booked, we were told it would be $45 but oddly enough when we arrived to the appointment they said it was $55. That was strike number one. The second strike was how expensive the allergy shot is at this place. The third and final strike was how unprofessional and rushed the exam was. It lasted no more than 2 minutes. They literally only weighed her and said they were done and asked for payment. I’m thankful to have found out how awful this place is sooner than later. I’m happy to have found a much better and friendlier vet to take my precious baby to. And before the owner gets on here acting a fool like in other reviews saying they have no records of me or my dog my dog is Honey Triplett and the owner is Nikki. If I would have seen how the owner replied to past reviews and I would never brought my dog here in the first place.

I have been to many vets. The vet staff are very knowledgeable. Important thing is they give you what the dogs need without the extra fluff. The pets stay in the car until the appointment. It decreases the pets stress. I'm not on the floor holding my dog waiting to be called 40mins later. Instead we are in the car watching Netflix.

I feel like the experience here is always 50/50. Sometimes you get the staff that is really on it and kind. Then other times you get the worst treatment and everyone working there is rude. Most of the time I have a good experience, but the last 2x I've been I left annoyed and frustrated. Plus my friend got terrible care here when I recommended him to this clinic. My first questionable experience was with my boy cat, Miso. He got neutered here and had his surgery done in the morning. They don't tell you what time they'll be done bc they don't know how many they'll have for that day. So they just told me they'd call me when he was ready to be picked up. TELL ME WHY it was 1 hour before closing and I had to call and say, "Hi, is my cat done because you guys never called and you're about to close?" The woman on the phone tells me that he was done this morning and that they tried to call but I didn't answer?? I was home all day and checked my call log, I had no phone call from them. Before I had Miso I was already a client of their clinic for 2 years and I've had no problems being reached. So idk how they would've had the wrong # or email on file. So yeah, they never called or emailed me to let me know my cat was done, so he sat in a kennel all day drugged up and alone 🙃 When my friend and I brought his 10yr old dog in for a lump on the side of her butt, he was treated with 0 respect. The vet that saw her kept mentioning how many fatty lumps she had and at one point said, "So basically you have a dog attached to a bunch of masses. You realize that right?" Absolutely disgusting thing to say to someone about their elderly dog. Later on I said, "Is there anything to prevent these masses from forming and is it something that's actively hurting her having them?" To which she said, "Well there's no way you're going to prevent them, it's just part of her getting old." Then she said, "The lumps and bumps are probably going to bother us more than they'll bother her." If thats was the case then why even mention them and guilt my friend about her having them in the first place? He cried after that vet apt because he felt like a bad owner. We love this vet! They go above and beyond to help our two dogs out with all their health needs. I have a pug that constantly has allergies and they always know what to do to help him! Highly recommend. We love all the staff members and front desk helpers! Couldn’t be more happy! Always clean, always efficient, and always a great experience!
