Love the staff at the Whitehall location. They are all caring, compassionate, and truly care about animals. Their loving and gentle approach and they really treat with the most affordable treatment plans. I’m so thankful for the services they provide and how they run their business.

I like the vet there and I never had a problem. When we put my dog on the scale the numbers jump around too much, if you leave the leash lay on the scale or they move too much you get a different reading. My dogs weight was around 101 so when I bought the Everheart, I was charged an extra 90 dollars more for being 1 pound over which she probably really wasn't and she always looses weight when the weather warms up. They need to get a more accurate scale.

Do not bring your pets here if you care about them or if you want decent service. I brought my dog in for 515 appointment. I had to wait for an hour That is life things are not always on schedule. However, after over an hour had passed I went up to the front desk and nicely told the woman behind the desk that I needed to leave in 10 minutes because I had to pick someone up at the bus station. She was extremely rude and nasty and told me not to bring my dog back here ever again. These people are incompetent on every possible level. They did not know how to handle my dog. The entire place was dirty. There’s a reason they don’t let you in the back room with your pet and it’s because they don’t know what they’re doing. Avoid this place at all cost. It’s a rip off.

I don’t ever write reviews but the one nurse was extremely rude. Don’t know if it was because I’m black or what, lol. Everyone else was so sweet. I was very respectful the entire time so worst case she was having a bad day…no need to be a you know what though.

My experience at Affordable Pet Vaccines was an incredibly positive one all the way around for me and my kitty Linus. Diane and Tammy were very polite, professional and informative. They answered all of my questions and even reassured me. The vet was very thorough and nice. Overall, I’m very content and have made a second appointment for Linus. Highly recommended! Thank you Diane and Tammy as well as Doctor.
