Could not ask for a better team to care for my “funny farm” of accident/allergy/weird health issue prone fur babies. Dr. Rosenbaum is so kind and thorough, he cares for my pets as if they were his own. Wendy at the front desk always welcomes us in with a smile and makes us feel right at home. The manager Sara really cares about their clients and creating a positive experience. I’ve left with little treat bags after an appointment more times than I can count. Just a small thing that makes coming to the vet more pleasant, especially for my anxious pup. They’ve been there for us during some of our hardest days (cancer, diabetes, crossing the rainbow bridge) and some of our best days (adopting Potato- the final missing piece to our family). I’m lucky to drive only a couple minutes to get there, but for this team I’d be willing to drive a couple hours. Cannot recommend AVMC enough!

Dr Rozenbaum is a great man. Wonderful personality and also a great surgeon. The creativity and competitive costs of surgery with Advanced Veterinary is unmatched. Go to Dr Rozenbaum for all your surgery needs. Also, as it relates to regular veterinary services for dogs, I can attest Advanced Veterinary has fair prices and great availability. Furthermore, my two dogs are not easy to deal with, from a veterinary perspective (two Chow Chows), and when other veterinary practices have issues/complaints about my dogs, Advanced Veterinary is extremely accommodating and has never said a negative word/complained in any way. This place has been a blessing.

Dr. Rosenbaum and his staff are good people. They took great care in getting to know my dog as this was the first time they met him. They made me feel at ease with their handling of my questions and their costs for the tests done were fairly priced.

They’re better than the place I used to go to for my cats, but this place is expensive. Yes, I know inflation & veterinary costs. But, they have a flat rate of $375 for X-Rays if you don’t have pet insurance. That’s not even including their wellness check price of $80 per visit. Don’t get me started on how much the blood work costs. I couldn’t even afford it & they don’t offer a payment plan. 100% payment in full when checking out. I guess most vet offices don’t do payment plans, but I wish they would. Otherwise, you’d have to sign up for the CareCredit card in order to pay it. I just want the best life for my cats.

Dr. Rosenbaum seems decent but this place is exorbitantly priced. I don’t know what kind of client they have coming here but it’s not the average person. Unfortunately, my mom got scammed to the two of $1600 for a cat when all they did was bloodwork on her and a nasal swab. I never even got any records from that particular cat. They are way too high priced! I thought the last place I went to was expensive but this place far surpasses that. An x-ray is almost $400 for a single view? Plaza vets are good and they cost much less than the doctor There is good. This place isn’t that great to warrant this kind of money for a vet visit. At some point, they need to prioritize the dogs and cats health over money line in their pockets. I’m sure they can afford to lower the cost. There was absolutely no reason to charge $1600 for a cat to send her home with Noah’s drops. Lol by the way, the nose drops didn’t even work they made it worse. Should’ve at least got a refund for that. In the end, she still has to go somewhere else to get her nose irrigated because they did not do that for $1600. Didn’t get any answers on my dog either and just had to take her to a specialist and now she goes to a different vet. Forgot to give me my medication I paid for after spending thousands of dollars here. When I asked about the last time before I left the office no one knew anything about it because the girl that was in was not there that day. Only gave it two stars because the doctor was decent or tried to be helpful but still didn’t seem to know what was wrong with anyone. Got more answers at the other place in one visit.
