Words can't describe how thankful we are for this animal hospital! The entire staff was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately our Brady didn’t make it, but they fought so hard for him. A special thank you to Peggy, she was so incredibly caring to our Brady boy up until the last second, her kindness and compassion is something we will never forget. It takes incredibly special people to do the work you all do! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Advanced veterinary Care center is the absolute best pet hospital I've ever visited. I walked in with my dog and was immediately greeted by four women at the desk and as we were filling out our forms a nurse came out to look over our dog. He had some spots that were concerning so she immediately took him back and started tests on him. My dog's platelets were very low and within 4 days they had him stable and back up to normal numbers. I am very grateful to the entire staff at this location for taking such good care of me and my pet. Every single employee we interacted with was absolutely amazing and friendly and informative. As long as I am in South Florida, I will always bring my animals to this hospital. I wish I could recommend this hospital to everybody in the world because it really is the best!

I have had dogs for more than 50 years, and I have had to make trips the the ER on 6 occasions over the decades. Every time, it was about money, and there was very little care. That is not the case with Advanced Veterinary Care Center. The entire staff was phenomenal and caring. Without going into detail, my dog was experiencing an end of life episode from which she would not recover. I wasn't pressured to put her to sleep. After a few hours left to my own thoughts, I did decide it was best, and they assured me I made the right decision. Years ago, I had a horrible vet in an ER in Maryland who made me feel awful when my elderly dog lay dying and in pain and I decided to end her misery rather than agree to her demands for thousands of dollars for tests to confirm what we already knew. You won't find that philosophy here. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, don't hesitate to go here.

There was a small, very skinny cat living under the cars in our neighborhood, so after a few weeks of seeing her, we decided to take her in and care for her. We took her to the vet and found out she was pregnant. Didn’t bother us, we were determined to provide her a safe home and food. Well anyways, she’s just a kitten herself. She went into labor last night and had a still born, and another one with malformations. Immediately got her to this clinic, where we were treated with care and compassion. Unfortunately, none of her kittens survived, but we were grateful for the care Cleopatra got from advanced veterinary care center. I don’t even know who helped us there because it was 5am and we’re in a panic, but thank you for helping us and our rescue!

I brought my dog to this clinic in a critical condition, and the doctors, nurses, and staff were absolutely amazing. My dog is doing much better now, and I’m very impressed with the medical care provided. The team was knowledgeable and kept me updated on my dog’s progress while he was in the hospital, which gave me great peace of mind. The only observation I have is regarding the refund process. If a refund is owed, you may need to follow up several times to get it initiated. While I understand that financial institutions can take up to 7 days to process refunds, the clinic hadn’t even initiated the refund process 7 days after my dog was discharged. Despite multiple calls during this time, I’m still waiting for the clinic to start the refund process. Overall, I highly recommend this clinic for their excellent care, but I hope they improve their refund system to match the high standards of their medical services.
