The staff truly cares!! Not just out for the money!! I was expecting an outrageous bill because our pup Athena needed emergency care. But was very surprised at how reasonable it ended up being. Especially considering the level of care provided! If I could give 10 stars I would!! Thank you ADR

Nov 05, 2024 · AmandaBelieve the 5 star reviews! This place is incredible! Dr. Bryant was great with our newly rescued 9 week old Doxie mix. He took time to chat with us and understand her symptoms, timeline, and recent life changes. He provided his input and clearly explained his recommendations. The staff was great as well. From the front desk to the vet tech, my wife and I loved this place. If we were closer we would make this our family vet practice! The facility is beautiful as well!
Jun 30, 2024 · Michael SwitzerOur dog was attacked by another dog at Explore Park. We ended up at ADR Urgent Vet Care after being told there would be a three hour wait before he could be seen at an emergency vet in Roanoke City. Bongo was bleeding badly and had head and ear wounds. Dr. Thomas saw him immediately and treated his wounds with professionalism and care. He even got on the floor with Bongo instead of lifting him up to a table. Luckily his wounds were minor, and he was prescribed antibiotics and pain relievers. The staff was friendly, and the price was very reasonable. We will definitely use ADR for emergency situations. The facility is new and comforting (didn't feel sterile). Thank you!
Jun 11, 2023 · Darlene DidricksonWe were so lucky to have ADR recommended to us. Our family vet was out of town and we had to have our dog put to sleep. Dr. Bryant and his team were so nice, understanding, and wonderfully empathetic. They treated us so well and did a great job of explaining everything to us and as well as assisting us with getting our sweet pup to Oakey's. With our family vet being unavailable we were understandably very nervous about going somewhere else but the team at ADR was so nice and helpful. We would use them again for any of our urgent pet care needs.
Aug 16, 2024 · Kari HarrisTo say my experience was AMAZING is an understatement. I drove to ADR all the way from Snow Creek (in Franklin County) with my 10 year old Labrador. After exhausting all my local options, and just by chance through networking, my sister’s vet (VCA Valley Animal) recommended me. Both my dog and I were greeted by everyone I came in contact with and the office manager, Karrie, even made a point to come out and share her love with us. I met Dr. Bryant and his assistant Kelsey in the exam room and they both were incredibly professional, kind, warm, and thorough. Whether we deserved it or not, their entire staff made us a priority and I left there feeling so thankful for the experience. In a world that’s severely lacking, they blew professional customer service out of the water. Thank you!
