AA Animal ER Center

Got right in on a Friday night after my youngest cat was foaming at the mouth. They were fast and didn't do a bunch of unnecessary things and stayed within my budget . They were friendly and straight forward about the situation with my kitty. Turned out to be nausea from a respiratory infection but I was terrified when I got here and felt so much better when I left ...plus they treated my cat so she will feel better too. There is an amazing lounge for nervous moms to wait in. I hopefully never need to come back, but if ever in need a a pet ER again, I will come here first.

Our English bulldog got heat stroke and we had to rush her here late at night. Everyone here was extremely professional and caring. The prices here are on the high end, but that's to be with an overnight emergency vet. They saved my dog's life ❤️

Terrible experience. Almost 2 hour wait to get my dog inside. One person in front of me. They were aware I was concerned my dog had a massive stroke. Decision was made after vets exam to put our beautiful baby down. Paperwork was not clearly explained. Vet tech did not show me the second page and did not have me sign it. When they brought my baby back outside , I was under the impression she had been laid to rest. Nope, she was still breathing. Vet tech wanted to argue that I signed the second page but never showed me that I did sign it. Once we were able to deal with the veterinarian herself things were slightly better. She was great. The rest of the experience was terrible.

They helped us put our sweet boy down tonight. These were some of the most helpful and compassionate people I have ever encountered. Thank you so much for your kindness.

If you have the option, go somewhere else!! My dog could have died if I had believed their misdiagnosis. My small dog was attacked by a MUCH larger dog last Saturday. I noticed he had a bulge on his abdomen and rushed him to AA. We did not have to wait, which was good, but I told them my concerns about him having a hernia right away. They did X-rays, told me he doesn’t have a hernia, and charged us $1k. It was $400 for X-rays and then $400 to discuss the X-rays over the phone with the vet? Then additional charges for the visit itself, meds, etc. They recorded the wrong weight and marked him at 18lbs/overweight when he is only 13lbs, and the report they gave us was full of typos. We also never even saw the vet and only a vet tech. My gut was telling me something was not right, and sure enough when I took him in to my regular vet they were able to confirm HE DID indeed have a hernia and he had to get surgery that afternoon. This place is nothing but a cash grab and thank god my dog didn’t have further complications from having to wait days for surgery. So grateful that my regular vet was fantastic, and my baby is going to be ok.
