After moving from the North East to South Florida, I did extensive research to find a safe and reputable cat hotel and came across Josie. She is firstly a wonderful human being and you can tell how much she loves and takes care of all of the cats. She took the best care of my two cats for 30 days and they both returned home happy and looking better than ever after their grooming. As a family-owned business they offer a variety of deposit options with the understanding that personal checks can be too risky and credit cards include extra fees that they will have to pass on to their clients. I never had an issue with their payment policies nor put in question their fiscal responsibilities or ethics, as their service was always top-notch. Once, I made a reservation in February for my three cats to stay there in June and paid that deposit with a check, giving them ample time to cash the check before their actual stay. Unfortunately, 3-4 weeks later, my husband got very sick, and I had to cancel the reservation. The rule was that the reservation deposit would be lost, and I understood that. But they, of their own volition, refunded the deposit, which was a very kind gesture and showed me a dedication to customer satisfaction. I also used to take one of my cats for grooming on a regular basis for a lion’s cut. She looked adorable every time I picked her up. In terms of grooming prices Josie always gave me a fair estimate price range, and I was always impressed with the quality of their work. Even though I've relocated from Miami, I've maintained a connection with Josie and continue to follow them on social media.
