I love having a neighborhood dog park. It's not as flashy as community dog parks but serves it's purpose. You have to inspect the gates before you give pet free reign. The landscapers on multiple occasions have left a side gate unlocked. Additionally the water fountain is outside the park and sometimes doesn't work, so bring you and your pet some hydration if going.

The true incentive is the readily available and cherished local space for canine recreation.
For any inquiries regarding Walnut Creek Dog Park, its maintenance, or community guidelines, the best point of contact would likely be the homeowners association (if applicable) for the Walnut Creek community or the City of Rosenberg's Parks and Recreation Department. May 27, 2020 · Chelsey ShelledyProvides the basics of a dog park. No fancy obstacle course but my GS always burns off some energy. The community atmosphere is the best. All the neighborhood dogs get so excited seeing each other on walks or coming up to the park.
Jun 05, 2021 · Mindy VargasNot a public dog park and there's no place to park. But I really enjoyed that there was a long sidewalk around the inner perimeter. If I don't move, neither will my dog, so I like to walk so she follows me and will actually play!
Feb 03, 2022 · Sasha DavaniOriginally tried to go to brazos bend but we didn't realize a reservation was needed so we tried to find a place for our dogs to have some fun and pee and whatnot. This is a park only for the residents of the neighborhood. They make it very clear because there is no parking for the dog park. I think it sucks that's it not for the public.
Apr 03, 2021 · Andrew HartmanI gave an okay rating bc the dog water fountain wasn't designed to cater to my dog breed. To be honest, they weren't designed for any dog breed bc the water didn't fill up enough for the dog to drink water. As soon as the water was released into the fountain, it drained out as quick as it came. Made no sense. The other reason it was okay is bc it didnt have a dog park feel to it, whatever that feel is, I didnt get it.
