Feb 01, 2025 · NashI love that my granddoggy has such an amazing park to visit regularly! Coming from Phoenix, this is truly an awe inspiring doggie wonderland and adventure. And it’s a Public park. Whaaaat?!? Acres of green grass, trees, a creek and mud to play in. One of the best parts are the other pups’ humans. They are so well behaved and watch their dogs, clean up after them and keep the park safe and enjoyable for everyone! Watching my girl run like the wind, just because she can brings me so much joy. All of the dogs had a blast and I loved being in their world.
Jul 18, 2024 · S LOne of the best dog parks I have ever been to. There are acres of land for the dogs to run around and play without being on a leash. Fences are effective and well done from what I can tell. Multiple types of terrain: creek, river, tall grass prairie, forest paths and hills. Be aware that your dog may get muddy, wet, and/or ticks. Looks like owners are very good at picking up after themselves and their dogs. Very friendly environment. And a beautiful place for humans too. Pretty trails, picnic tables, and benches. Would definitely check this park out at least once.
Jun 27, 2021 · TessaHaving lived here almost 19 years with multiple dogs, we are longtime users of Rickmans Run dog park and absolutely love it. It is the largest and prettiest of the bunch and the dogs and people are like a big extended family to us.
Apr 10, 2024 · Sandy GoresSmall area is secure, large area has ways dogs might get out so be careful. Parking lot is small. Play area is great. Concrete sidewalk is nice. Poop pick up by the owners is above average. Friendly dogs and people.
