We went here on an abnormally warm day in January, so it was empty and a little muddy. I was impressed by the dog playground, well kept grass and more importantly the fence being secure and free of holes (unlike the park in Poughkeepsie). My only suggestion would be to add a water spigot if possible. My dog had an absolute blast even being there by himself, I've never seen him have so much fun at a dog park. His favorite part of the playground is the hole underneath the ramp. If he could talk, he would say "10/10 would pee here again!"
