Nice little dog park. It's about a block with a small walking path. It gets wet and muddy pretty quick with a little rain. Good spot for a run or a game of fetch. All the dogs we've met were friendly and ready to play.

This fountain is designed to serve both humans and dogs, ensuring that everyone stays hydrated during their visit, especially important after a vigorous play session.
Small Walking Path: The park features a small walking path, which provides a designated route for owners to stroll while their dogs explore the off-leash area. This path is great for a casual walk or for owners who prefer to keep moving.

Neenah Dog Park boasts several key features and highlights that contribute to its appeal among local dog owners:
Compact yet Functional Design: Described as a "nice little dog park" that's "about a block" in size, this park efficiently utilizes its space. It's large enough for "a run or a game of fetch" but also maintains a manageable feel, making it less intimidating for some dogs and owners.
Dedicated Walking Path: The presence of a "small walking path" within the off-leash area is a great feature, allowing owners to move around comfortably while their dogs play. This is particularly useful for those who enjoy a stroll rather than just standing in one spot.
Convenient Water Source: The water fountain catering to both humans and dogs is a significant highlight. This ensures that hydration is readily available, which is crucial for active dogs, especially during warmer weather. Its location "at the front of the park" makes it easily accessible upon entry and exit.
Friendly Atmosphere: A consistently positive remark from visitors is that "All the dogs we've met were friendly and ready to play." This indicates a generally positive and welcoming social environment, which is paramount for successful dog park visits.
Well-Maintained Grounds: Despite some potential for muddiness after rain, the park is generally described as "well maintained." This suggests regular upkeep and attention to cleanliness, contributing to a pleasant experience for users.
Not Overly Crowded: One review specifically notes that it's "Not crowded at all in the middle of the day on Sunday." This implies that the park often provides a comfortable amount of space for dogs to play without feeling overwhelmed by too many other canines, which can be a significant benefit for certain dogs.

As a public dog park managed by the city of Neenah, the Neenah Dog Park typically does not offer commercial promotions, discounts, or special offers in the same way a private business would. Public parks are funded through municipal budgets, and sometimes through specific park permits or donations.
Currently, based on available public information, there are no specific promotions for entry or usage of the Neenah Dog Park. Access is generally free, though local regulations often require dogs to be licensed with the city and to have up-to-date vaccinations. The primary "offer" of the park is the provision of a free, well-maintained, and accessible space for off-leash dog exercise. For specific details on any city-level dog licensing requirements or any potential future changes regarding park usage, it is always recommended to check the official City of Neenah Parks and Recreation website or contact them directly. The value to locals comes from consistent, no-cost access to a quality facility.

Jun 09, 2024 · Becca AdamsTwo large areas for dogs to run and play. One for large dogs and one for small dogs.. Double locking entrance to make sure dogs don’t run out into road. Donation box for upkeep of park. Clean grass and numerous benches to sit on. I have read that others have stated that it’s just a big field and not very nice, but I like the field concept for playing fetch and getting my dog to run off a lot of energy. Trash bag dispensers with donated bags hung on fence for pet waste. Two extra large trash receptacles for dog waste outside main gates near road. I have read in other reviews this to be a downside to this park since it doesn’t have trash cans inside park area. I am assuming that by placing the receptacles outside the gates by the street, it helps to keep costs down and makes emptying them easier on our city workers. My pup and I appreciate all who play a part in providing Neenah with this great park for dogs. Thanks Neenah!
Aug 27, 2023 · H ReaganIt's rather large. Even the small dogs have space. Well kept. Trash and bags by donation basis. Beautiful old tree and we loved out trip.
Oct 19, 2021 · Jacob SHuge park. Areas have small and large dog fenced areas. It is a good half acre or more. There is a bench to sit on also and shade trees.
