The fenced portion is not as big as other parks but I like it that way. Much easier to monitor all the dogs and still plenty room to play. The park is well taken care of. There's a big community of dog people here who are so friendly and caring too. Lots of places to park, the playground for children is close by, restrooms are close by, can see Lake Benson through the trees. Dog fights don't happen often and when they do, it's quickly stopped by attentive owners.

Apr 09, 2025 · Brian RalphNice dog park. Separate space for smaller/larger dogs ( 25#). Water, benches, space to run.
Jun 02, 2021 · M GA little crowed. Popular place. Big dogs and little, separated. A large area just many people. This was one of the series of warm days after winter so everyone came out to walk. The trail that runs around the park is a great place to walk or run also. Your dog needs to be leashed here. Nice views of Benson Lake and a big field to enjoy along with a gazebo for eating and grilling.
