Promotions or Special Offers

The Concord Dog Park is a public amenity managed by Concord Township. As such, it operates on a free-entry basis, meaning there are typically no commercial "promotions" or "special offers" for its direct use, as there is no admission fee. Its primary "offer" to the community is providing a high-quality, free-access, and well-maintained space for dog socialization and exercise.

However, Concord Township does host various community events throughout the year, some of which may be dog-friendly or occur within the broader Township Park area where the dog park is located. For example, the Township's official activities list for 2025 shows events like a "Patriotic Pet Parade & Ice Cream Social" scheduled for July 10, 2025, which explicitly takes place at the Dog Park (725 Smithbridge Road). Other events, such as concerts in the park or community days, might be nearby and indirectly offer a fuller experience for visitors.

These events serve as special opportunities for community engagement and often provide unique experiences for residents and their pets. While not "promotions" in a commercial sense, they add significant value to the park as a community hub. Residents are encouraged to regularly check the official Concord Township website or their social media channels for a calendar of upcoming events that might be relevant to dog owners.

As a public park, its continued operation and maintenance are supported by local taxes. While there are no direct fees for using the dog park, responsible pet ownership, including proper dog licensing and vaccinations as required by Pennsylvania state law and local ordinances, is expected from all users to ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone.

Great dog park. There are small dog and large dog sections with the breaking point at 30 lb. Both sides have agility equipment that you can use. The large dog side was pretty muddy today, but the small dog side still has some grass. There is a water fountain just outside the fenced areas that you can use to fill dog bowls that are in each side. This was our first time but we will definitely be going back.

Very nice dog park. There's a section for large dogs and one for small dogs. They have water bowls there and a water fountain to fill them. There were some loose toys/balls available for whoever wanted to use them and a few little "obstacle course" type structures that your dog can climb on and jump over. Make sure to unleash your dog after entering the first gate. Taking a leashed dog through the second gate can cause issues (just read the other reviews). My dog had a great time playing with 6-7 other dogs who were all friendly and playful. We found it to be a great dog park, and we plan on returning.

Pretty decent dog park. They have a few agility training pieces. I like that they have two different sides, one for dogs under 30 lbs, and one for dogs over 30 lbs. They also have bags for cleaning up after your dog, and even a dog water fountain.
