I know, another 5 star.. this place deserves it! Clean, three different bathrooms around the trails. Not very busy for a Sunday. The coolest part was venturing up some dirt trails that get very steep. At the top there are amazing views and beautiful old growth trees. It was about as tough of a hike as I've done in a while so stay on the paved trail if you aren't comfortable with steep, narrow, dirt trails. The loop around the creek/pond is great with lots of places to sit, take pictures or go out on the docks.

Moving to the area so tried this dog park out. Been here twice and saw a lot of familiar faces. Both of my dogs are liking it. My male just wants to chase and be chased and he has found plenty of takers. My female doesn't want anything to do with it but enjoys watching her brother run around and hanging out with me. We will be making this a part of our daily routine probably going 6:00-6:30 or so right when they open up.

This park is very well maintained and the paths look great! It was raining when we went, and our senior dogs couldn't stay long, but our girl dog did scrounge up a froggy! Should we find ourselves in the area again (we're from out of state) we would definitely come back!
