Woof Woof Barkery & Pet Boutique

The woman who works here is incredibly nasty. She proceeded to give us an attitude and told us to leave because our two dogs were wagging their tails. Word of advise, If you don’t feel comfortable with dogs in your store than you probably shouldn't own a pet boutique. I don’t recommend spending your money on an establishment that treats their patrons so rudely. We came across another pet boutique in the same shopping center and had a much better experience. Go there instead.

Never have I ever been kicked out of a store before! I stopped in here with my dog to look around. We were browsing the dog coat section and trying on different ones. They only had a few left in the size that fit my dog and I really liked the brand of dog coats they carried so I looked up the brand on my phone while I was in there. I found some online that I really liked and I was going to ask the workers if they could maybe order me one to buy it at the store. One of the workers, middle to older aged, brunette, came up to me and said “you don’t have to look up the prices you can just get out of my store.” and proceeded to kick me out. I was shocked by such harsh behavior. I felt like I was treated as if I was shoplifting. It was never about the prices for me, they just had limited stock and I wanted to support the business directly and maybe see if they could order the one I wanted. I also felt concerned by the fact that there was a larger woman behind the counter eating chocolate cake the whole time irresponsibly not cleaning after herself in a pet friendly store. I am so distraught by my experience here and will definitely not be returning ever again.

Owner was super rude to entire store of customers!!!! If the store is too crowded for her she freaks. Well set it up differently or choose a larger location. Plus there's already another dog store in the same shopping area who are actually nice to customers. I won't be back. It's just a waste of time. Maybe if they carried something unique but they don't. Most of all that attitude!!!!!

I visited the historic Smithville in the winter for some Christmas shopping and stumbled upon this pet store. It had so many items from mugs, treats, toys, bows, harnesses, etc, and it wasn’t overpriced. I got some new cat treats and my cats loved them. The staff was friendly as well. I will definitely be back if i am in the area again. I recommend stopping by to get something for your pets!

Super rude person working there, did not greet anyone when we walked into the store and then when a private conversation was happening, confronted the people I was with for talking about marshalls when she is selling Eddie Bauer dog clothes. If you’re so concerned about your small business maybe treat your possible customers kindly and sell some independent pet clothing brands instead of large corporation-made pet clothing.
