These guys are the real deal - very knowledgeable and super helpful. They really care for the animals and will guide you on their needs with realistic suggestions and not just try to upsell you. Prices on supplies are comparable or cheaper than elsewhere, including online. We've purchased a baby sand boa and 2 crested geckos from them. Highly recommend!

The staff is nice and friendly but the store is small and does not have a wide selection of reptiles. Also the animals in their possession need better enclosures bc I feel bad for some of the reptiles constantly wanting to get out from their enclosures bc it was either too small or not enough lighting, making their enclosures a bit boring. Also, customers were rude walking in close distance completely disregarding respect for other customers personal space. Kids roaming the store without parents supervision and not paying attention of their surroundings. All of this is due to the storm being so small and congested. Because of this I will do online shopping for reptiles. I will not be returning to this store again.

Matthew, Kenneth, and Michael all were and are fantastic at customer service! Not to mention I purchased a blue tongue Magma skink from them which looks beautiful and even better in person! I highly recommend this place! They are the Justice League of the reptile world!
