Great experience! They helped us get our ball python set up from top to bottom! They have a checklist to make sure you have everything you need for your reptile. I’m glad that if I need anything or have any questions they’re close by! Thanks for all your help! Looking forward to coming again soon!

I truly wish I could rate them more than five stars! The creature room, especially Cameron was amazing to work with getting me set up with my Brazilian rainbow boa. This is my first snake, so he helped me start from the bottom up with the enclosure and all the necessary information, especially needed for a Brazilian rainbow boa. I really appreciate their expertise/ willingness to answer all my questions, help me get confident, and competent set up wise ensuring that I set my animal up for success. I have been dreaming of getting this snake for a while, but really don’t think I would’ve pulled the trigger without The creature room as a resource. Not only did he help me with the enclosure set up (everything from substrate to UVB lighting) but he was able to find me a Brazilian rainbow boa baby, which are not the easiest to find. My baby BRB is in wonderful shape and no doubt came from a high quality breeder. So far, I have put my trust in the creature room and they have not let me down. I am very grateful to have them as a resource and enjoy interacting with them in the shop where everybody shares the love for reptiles. Would highly recommend them to anyone who keeps reptiles or is thinking about it in the future!

the staff are very knowledgeable and do a great job keeping this shop very nice, organized and cleaned. all the animals for sale are being well taken care of, worked with and set up in adequate enclosures. out of all the reptile shops i’ve been in this has to be the nicest all around shop! Aydin did a great job helping my girlfriend and i get all of our reptile needs for our new leopard gecko. 10/10 experience and i’d highly recommend going here for your reptile needs !

The employees at The Creature Room were top notch. If I had hundreds of people asking me millions of questions about reptile parenting, I would pull my hair out. Not them! They had endless patience! They were so knowledgable and kind to us. We entered clueless and left feeling confident. We now have a new family member, Vader the Bearded Dragon.
