Unfortunate incident that I don't know that I can trust them again. When my Grandma passed away in January I started growing my Terrier mix's moustache out. This was because I have an Irish family and I wanted him to look Irish for the services which are being held tomorrow. He had a big hardy mustache when I took him in today, and I was explicit - leave  as much as you can, I just want a small trim so he looks a little bit more kempt. They called me to confirm and I repeated, please, keep the moustache. I want to keep as much as possible. I even tried calling before the appointment to triple-check, but they'd already cut him early since he was at daycare. Unfortunately, they took more than half of it off. It's no longer a terrier cut. It's going to take months to get the look back, but more importantly it ruins what was a tribute to my grandma and I can't have that moment with family again. Not to be dramatic but I'm a little bit devastated. This had taken a LOT of effort to get to the point it was at and required twice daily care to maintain. Sounds like they mixed him up with another dog, for which they apologized, but that doesn't really make it any better. They offered a discount on a future cut, but I don't know that I can trust them in the future given what happened.

My dog is living his best life at the Tailwaggers Day Care! The staff is so friendly, flexible and caring. They take pic's of the dogs and always enthusiastically greet him by name. Plus for all the dogs they have there throughout the day, it’s always remarkably clean and odor free. So happy and fortunate to have tailwaggers in our neighborhood.

I bought a collar because my dog’s boarding place had to be evacuated and they couldn’t find my dog’s collar. An hour after the purchase, I got a message that it was found. Went back the same day to return without any problems Thank you Tailwaggers!

So this was my first time bringing my puppy to a groomer and even though she wasn’t a fan, I was a fan of this place! First-The location is in a little shopping center across from the grocery store on Franklin and the parking lot is tight. Put there seems to be plenty of parking on the side street there. But it’s pretty well lit and you won’t have any trouble finding the place! There is one store that is like a pet store/daycare and the other side is the grooming side. Second-The staff was awesome. The gentleman did an excellent job on my dogs nails and ear cleaning, even though she hated it and fought him. He kept his patience and did his job and I’m very thankful for that. The lady at the front was really nice and informative About their other services. The staff in the pet store was super nice. All came over to give my puppy some love and treats and selected great options for me to get her treats. I HIGHLY recommend this place! They are caring, well priced and good at their job!
