The door worked fine for 4 years, now the motor needs replacement. Ordered one online and was charged and sent an email confirmation. Didn't receive the motor and contacted again through email and was told it was shipping on Monday. Still didn't receive and was sent a bogus tracking. Finally I called and the man was crazy! Yelling at me and hanging up. I'm disputing the charge and hopefully get my money back. Don't waste your money! Update- I did finally receive the motor 3 months after my order was placed after I sent one last email. I do like the product, but customer service is awful!

I called the company and spoke with the gentleman with the English accent. He said I needed a new motor so I purchased one. I had the same experience as other reviewers where I was charged and no motor. I called and reached him and he was confused (also noted by another reviewer). I was finally able to ascertain in talking to him he had suffered a stroke. Apparently he had nobody to help him. I worked with him on the phone over the next week. At one point he told me he had a big note on the box and would get it to the post office. He eventually did get it sent to me and it’s up and running. Believe me, this was a big deal for me. I have 5 dogs that use it. I just wanted all those that had a bad experience that it may be due to a health issue. It certainly is a great product. MDK from AZ
Feb 01, 2025 · Marie DryerTerrible Customer Service. After 3 years of abuse by two 80+ lb dogs the mechanism that raises the door broke. I first send an email asking if I could order that particular part. After a week with no response I ordered the entire parts package for my door. That was Feb 14. The charge was processed on my credit card but I have yet to receive the order. I’ve called numerous times. No answer. No VM. I’ve also emailed with no response. I’ve ordered numerous transmitters and received them within a few days. The door is partially open so I’ve endured freezing cold winds, hail & rain coming through the door. Everything I taped over the door as a flap is now shredded all over the yard. We’re going to hit spring fly season & mosquitoes will soon be out here in Texas. I’m at my wits end. The door is super durable but I cannot recommend this company due to this terrible customer service.

I have sent 4 emails and 5 phone calls. Now I have to dispute the charge with the credit card company its been over a month.
