Absolutely horrific, birds are neglected with most taking poor care of themselves due to the living conditions. Birds had no toys, as well as the chinchilla, which had no dust for its bath. No matter what they say to you as why the birds miss feathers, it will be a lie. Enclosures for all but one animal was not reasonable for a pet store, they were very very small. Puppy mill dogs with little food so they poop less had hamster style water bottles with paper or wood bedding. Very few had toys. All of them looked distraught. They had very young kids working at the store, below 14. Very small selection of cat and dog food. Emergency exits were blocked by products.

This store is straight up animal neglect and a disgrace to pet stores. I went in and their hamsters are covered in mats, dead betta fish, cohabbing frogs with crested geckos in tiny enclosures while the cresties looked sickly. Their chameleon looked thin and ill. Their gerbils and chinchillas which are PAIRED PREY animals that need chew toys, didn’t have any thing in their cage besides a food and water bowl with no friends and no hides. I would advise no one to purchase an animal here because they can’t even care for them. I also witnessed them telling customers on improper care and upping the price by almost 3x chain pet store prices which is ridiculous. Also the worker was straight up eating chips and touching dirty bird pellets, reptiles and not even washing her hands in between which is VILE and so hazardous. I advise anyone to look elsewhere for pet stores that Omaha offers. This place deserves no business.

Will not ever give them a dime of my money. Animals do not look well, pricing is outrageous, and employees are straight rude as they can be. Not a fan of chain stores but would rather shop petsmart and that's saying something.

Animals live in bad conditions here. Some of them are also sold for a much higher price than they're supposed to. They literally had a binder with the prices of animals. A while ago, I witnessed someone buying a bird and a lady that worked at the store said that the bird costed $1.2k. The man who also worked there then told the person buying the bird that the bird costed $4.8k. Insane. Neglected animals sold for higher prices than they should.

This is the worst pet store i have ever seen!! Why doesn't the Nebraska humane society do anything about this place? All of the animals look terribly neglected!! The store itself is FILTHY! The employees are clueless and rude! I pray someone out there can find a way to get them shut down. I will start with a call to the NHS and one of our local news channels!
