Took the dog to get a bath. Well worth the price at 10.00 for self-service. They have towels, shampoo, blow dryer, and the mess. Perfect for a winter wash. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star was that my hose was squirting me me more than my dog..

Checked online before going to the store. Showed the specific hypoallergenic wipes are in stock but of course when I arrived they said they don’t sell that brand

Smelled badly of urine and feces. Conditions the animals are stuck in is piss poor and there were even 2 clearly thirsty cats with no water. Clear apathy and mismanagement all around. This place should have been closed down permanently years ago. Also they sold us a dog who unbeknownst to us had cancer and would struggle with health problems until it killed her. People need to go back to picketing and protesting outside this store. Disgusting establishment!

Wasn't really a fan. I just don't like places that sell animals. But, we needed wet food for our lab & this place carries specialized foods. We decided to pick up a few extra things as well. At checkout, they failed to mention the card reader was broken. Ok. But then proceeded to say they need to manually enter my cc #. Um, I don't think so. Would have been nice to have been notified of technical difficulties & could have saved me 30+ minutes of time that could have been used better.
