I came here for my tortoise, and what should have been a quick 10-minute stop turned into a 45-minute adventure. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they even invited us to explore their basement to meet GEORGE. What a treat! It was like discovering a hidden oasis — their animals are clearly well cared for. I’m so glad I chose to come here. I also really appreciated them taking the time to check if the lightbulb worked. It’s clear they care not just about their customers, but about their pets too. Panama was another treat ;)

This is such a gem of a store! The downstairs area offers an amazing aquatic and magical experience—definitely worth checking out. The employees are super friendly, knowledgeable, and always eager to help. I love supporting this small business! Their prices are fantastic and very reasonable compared to big box stores. If you’re a pet owner, this is the perfect place to find everything you need: toys, treats, wet and dry food, and more. Highly recommend bringing your pets here for all their needs!

i love this pet store, i lived in the neighborhood for many years the tortoise name is GEORGE.. if you have been to the store before you know they got exotics and no George is not for sale!! employees are awesome very nice and willing to work with you!! Thanks again for your services i will pass by 1 day..

Sam was so kind and helpful with my 13 as he put together his first fish tank, explaining PH levels, water conditioning, bacteria, which fish get along, how many fish for the size of his tank, etc. Plus George the tortise and panama the talking parrot are excellent attractions!

Seems like a well-stocked store re pet supplies, & one of the few that deals with fish too. Interesting to visit if you want to see tropical fish, small birds (inc a pet store parrot) , some lizards, & giant tortoise in basement! However, I am giving 3 stars as I was concerned that it’s very warm in basement for caged birds, & that they - and tortoise - are in there all day (apparently) ; this isn’t natural or kind to animals. Also some fish upstairs are anlone in very small containers, no weeds. Anyone else concerned?
