I love PETNJOY, Miss Esther is amazing and very knowledgeable about pets and all the products in the store. She advised me to take my dog to the a vet to ensure I was really treating the real issue. She also told me about the food that would work for my Bambi. She is great, I was going to give up on my little baby and she didn鈥檛 let. My little girl looks and feel so much better. Nov 19, 2024 路 Will WoodsWent there twice first time was good second time was dissatisfied the older later that gave the first shot good I went back on 2/14/2025 I young guy was there he said his name was bravo and he was qualified to do the shot well he was wrong he shot my 3 month old puppy twice due to the fact he said some of the first shot he did some of it ran out/dripped out do not let bravo do shots I'm giving my rating due to the fact of the first time I feel I should give a one but the older lady was good
Feb 20, 2025 路 Terry CeasasThey do have a lot of things and feeder animals, but a lot of the animals are in very small cases and sometimes on top of each other. I'm not implying every staff member was like this, but the person who checked me out didn't say anything to me, not "How are you?", "are you going to use your points" or even "hi" In the pet store we have points as currency and I saved up 40 which takes so long to even get 1 and she used them without asking. Cages small, service and customer service not good in my experience. They do have guinea pigs, lizards, spiders, and snakes, you name it, but I highly recommend their other place by the casino!
