Petland Independence

We walked in just to look at the puppies. We seen this beautiful husky and had to play with her. Izzy was amazing by giving us the time to play with Paris and get to know her. She also was great at giving us all the information we needed. Here we are now going home with our new addition Paris!

I recently visited this store and had a fantastic experience thanks to one of their associates, Brenda. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and was eager to assist with finding exactly what I needed for my new puppy. Brenda's knowledge of pet products was impressive—she helped me choose the right food, toys, and even offered advice on training techniques. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchases. It was clear that Brenda genuinely cares about animals and their well-being, which made me trust her recommendations even more. The store itself was clean, well-organized, and stocked with a wide range of pet supplies. Thanks to Brenda’s excellent customer service, I left feeling like my pet and I were in great hands. I’ll definitely be returning to this store for all my pet needs and highly recommend asking for Brenda if you want an expert's touch!

Felt tricked into buying a dog after asking multiple questions and hearing all the right answers. Got the dog home and realized that all the concerns I had at the store were legit and felt like I got bullied into making a poor choice for both the dog and my family. Was told it would be easy to return the dog the next day if the fit wasn't right and let's just say that was not worth the hours of work. The dog was great and by no fault of it was the fit not right but the store truly doesn't seem to care about the animals it seems like profit is what they are looking for.

We made an appointment to go in to see our puppy. We visited with her for a bit and we couldn’t wait to take her home with us. Ladonna was so helpful with what things we needed to get to make our experience with Elsa great for the whole family. She is fitting right in and she is just precious! She is just a little cuddle bunny.
