I’ve been coming to this location and had to give an update for this Petco review. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us pick out the first plant tank. He went above and beyond, giving us tons of helpful tips and references to get back into the fish keeping hobby. With years of experience himself in the hobby he will help make sure your plants and fish stay alive by answering all of your questions. Good conversation shout out to Aquarium Coop! Tammy was super friendly at the checkout along with all of their awesome staff (I wished I knew all their names ❤️) walking their adorable puppies during the adoption event with beautiful smiles ☺️. If you’re looking for an adorable ally puppy or fish come to this spot for sure! 👍 Highly recommend coming here for all your pet needs!

We adopted our kittens from petco the staff were so sweet and kissed our kitty's good bye. On a good note they are spoiled and have a beautiful and loving home.

I needed a low fat dog treat. The salesperson took the time to read packaging and help me pick out treats that would work for my dog! Wonderful customer service!

First time coming to this location in over a decade and was plenty surprised about the amount of animals yall had here to look at. Our son is obsessed with reptiles so he had plenty to look at. The staff was stocked up and plenty helpful here which was nice. We will definitely be back in the near future.

I have never experienced a worse customer service by cashier than this Petco store. The cashier made fun of me for the tip I gave to the groomer. At first she wanted me to give the tip by cashier, then she started to have an attitude when I asked her to add to the card. What worse was, when I told her how much to add, she started laughing at me. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!
