when it comes to the petco fish department im always skeptical but the severna park location has been absolutely amazing. they are knowledgeable about fish, kind and keep a very clean system. the best part is they can order yellow tang right from biota so you dont have to deal with their customer service with a doa which ive heard is a pain. i got an almost perfect 2” yellow thats doing great.

Lucy in grooming was fantastic with our 10-month old golden retriever, Winston. He had a bad experience with a nail trim and would not let us near his feet to take care of his nails. She was so patient with him and made it a fun experience. He did great with her! We already have his next appointment booked. Thank you Lucy! You saved us from that stress and our furniture from his long nails.

I needed RX food and I was shown what was possible to buy using my prescription by helpful and friendly staff at the Severna Park location. They took time to make sure I had the right stuff for my cat, Lionel. He loves it and that's half the battle...

On 3/20 I Placed an order for my fur baby, who has to eat Hills Science food sensitivities D/D Salmon & Sweet Potato. Unfortunately, that brand was on back order. I had to call on 3 different occasions to get this information. The first representative was going to cancel my order because his prescription was waiting for approval. His prescription card was uploaded in his profile during the initial order date…. After speaking with representative #2 and 3. I was finally informed that the food was currently on back order. Now, I was offered coupons for the inconvenience! However, I had to get a different prescription for Food Sensitivities Z/D. Not the brand I prefer but my baby needed food. I ended up overall having to cancel my order because I could not afford two 24lbs of food. IM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH PETCO!!! Even more upset that I have to order his 24lbs bag food online- due to the location not carrying the size. Even worse I have to travel such a distance for the 24lbs Z/D bag! HORRIBLE
