We shop here all the time. We have made some big decisions on pet ownership. Recently, we made a purchase of a bearded dragon. We visited four times before we made our first in a series of purchases for the dragon. We gather information for several of the employees. They were very knowledgeable of the habitats, food, heating, tank size we should start with and all other things beardy related. We felt very knowledgeable by the time we left the third visit. So we came back a few days later and got everything we needed. We went home got every thing set up and prepared. Let the habitat sit for a day. Then we went back to the store and brought home our little buddy. He is my daughter’s dragon and she’s done well with learning bout how to care for him and what he needs to be fed. She has talked with the employees when we go get crickets, horn works, discoid roaches, and hides for him. They all have been great and thermos recommendations have all panned out to be prefect. Their knowledge of the required diets and variations since each dragon is different and have their own preferences. I’d recommend this store to all who are trying to decide if they want to add another to the family.

Worth the drive for me to go to this store. Lovely set up, wide selection, and easy to navigate. Staff was much more friendly and helpful here than at other Petco's near me.

I recently bought a juvenile bearded dragon from them. 15 days later the dragon sadly passed away. I brought him in for a refund or exchange. Not sure the name, but he was tall and bald, the manager treated me as if it was my fault for buying a sick animal from them. I have two adult bearded dragons currently so I know about them and how to take care of them. I couldn't get the juvenile to eat.

Bonnie is the very best Groomer here! I have a very small yorkie. He used to scream and cry before I even got out of the car. With her, she settles him. Even as she grooms him! He never cried not even once anymore! I will never use anyone else!! Thank you, Bonnie!! She's nothing but the absolute best!! We're moving to Daytona in mid April 2025. We're keeping my husband's Dr's here in Lakeland! When we come here for appointments. Our little Bimini will come over and be trimmed by Bonnie! It's worth the drive!!

Took a moment to find someone who could advise me. But that was because they were busy helping others. They were very friendly and full of helpful advice. Great place for pet lover's.
