Anthony was amazing! I just adopted my sweet Maximus about a week ago, and the first place I took him to was Petco , where Anthony helped me with everything! I had so many questions and he had all the answers and much more! His knowledge, kindness to my sweet boy and customer service was beyond great! We will continue to come back to see Anthony!

Why offer pickup curbside if the customer has to wait over 20 mins to receive the items? Not to mention two weeks ago my dog got turned away because they couldn't do the cut I wanted. I will definitely call customer service to see about ending my Vital Care Premier. Not to mention, I selected the "on my way" 20 mins before arriving.

Long time grooming customer who will be taking her business elsewhere. We were turned away despite having an appointment due to the pet’s age and being matted. It is a groomer’s job to groom the pet; if I take him in for grooming it is because I trust they can fix the issue. I don’t expect to be turned away because it’s going to be a difficult groom. Not like they don’t charge a good amount for each groom plus tip; they can’t expect every groom to be quick and easy.

The older women in grooming is so rude and condescending. I’ve never been talked down to like that and made to feel like such an inconvenience for coming in for a service. I walked out and went straight to Petsmart where they kindly welcomed me and completed my service.

Took my maltipoo to get groomed (bath) today 1/28/2023, the groomer Ariana explained that my dog had hair knots on his bottom area and that she will have to cut all his hair off his bottom area, so she explained that I will have to pay for, Bath, and cut (that’s fine), now fast forward to me picking my dog up… he comes from the back with his face looking the exact same as when I dropped him off, the hair around his eyes was NOT trimmed, he still had eye boogers by his eyes, I asked the groomer (Ariana) why was he not cut around his eyes and why was the eye boogers not not cleaned up, the groomer (Ariana) says to me, “because you didn’t pay for a full cut” I say to her.. from my understanding when you pay for a bath, the sanitary area, and also face gets trimmed, she argues that is not correct, my dog has been getting groomed since 3 months old I’ve never once seen a groomer do a half done job as the groomer (Ariana) has done today, also the store manager (David) isn’t managing anything, he didn’t try to fix the problem or even get a understanding as to what was going on, he said to me “Take better care of your dog he had hair knots all over him” (which he didn’t” I do not recommend this Petco for your pup, they have the worse groomers, they are sorry, lazy, and very unprofessional, and I will be contacting the better business bureau, I will be dropping pics below of my dog, the store manager (David) and also the Groomer (Ariana)
